关于提高高等职业教育质量的探索

摘　　要：针对我国高等职业教育的现状和存在的问题,阐述了正确理解和把握高等职业教育的定位方向和特点、优化高等职业教育办学机制和办学模式、以就业为导向深化高等职业教育教学改革、强化高等职业技能培训、加快"双师型"师资队伍建设、加强职业道德教育、健全高等职业教育的评价监控体系是提高高等职业教育质量的主要途径和措施。On account of the situations and the existing problems of our country＇s higher vocational education,this paper expatiates the main ways and measures to enhance the quality of higher vocational education,which includes：rightly understand and master the orientation and the characteristics of the higher vocational education;optimize the educational mechanisms and models of the higher vocational education;deepen the teaching reformation of the higher vocational education that based on the employment;strengthen higher vocational skill-training;speed up the construction of the double competency teaching staff and enhance the professional ethics education;perfect the evaluation and monitoring system.
