摘  要:对重庆市T县的调查表明,农村幼儿教师对继续教育的认可度较低,对继续教育的内容与效果、形式与途径等各方面的满意度不高。为改善农村幼儿教师继续教育现状,必须在城乡统筹视野下,建立和完善农村幼儿教师全员培训机制,强化农村幼儿园骨干教师培养,促进城乡互动和农村幼儿教师本土化,推进农村幼儿教师培训基地建设,加大政府对农村幼儿教师继续教育的经费投入。Survey on T County of Chongqing shows that rural kindergarten teachers' continuing education is not optimistic in basic cognition, content and effect, forms and means. To improve rural kindergarten teachers' continuing education, we must have an overall perspective of urban and rural areas, and take many effective measures, including setting up the corporate training mechanism and strengthening backbone teachers training for rural kindergartens teachers, promoting urban and rural interaction and rural teachers' localization, speeding up training bases construction and increasing fund investment for rural kindergarten teachers' continuing education, and so on.
