摘　　要：本文论述了非智力因素的内涵及作用,介绍了作者在高职计算机系程序设计教学中培养学生非智力因素的过程,阐述了教学过程中培养学生非智力因素时需要注意的几个问题。This paper discusses the connotation and effects of non-intellective factors.It illustrates the cultivation process of non-intellective factors in higher vocational college students＇ program design teaching,and points out the problems nurturing non-intellective factors in teaching.
