摘　　要：基础教育阶段教师继续培训最关键的环节在于培训课程的设置,然而,我国继续教育培训课程的设置在课程设置原则、课程价值、教学模式、课程结构和课程内容上存在阻碍教师专业成长的问题。只有注重教师自主发展、突破单一教学模式、满足多层面需求、突破功用性,才能实现教师作为"完整的人"的全面发展。The most crucial stage of teachers＇ training in basic education is the courses designing.However,Chinese continued education training courses in the curriculum designing principles,curriculum value,teaching mode,curriculum structures and curriculum contents impeded the teacher professional development.Only attention of teachers＇ independent development,breakthrough the single teaching mode and pragmatism,meet more multi-levels demand,it can realize the teachers＇ all-round development as ＂the perfect person ＂.
