医学研究生创新思维能力培养的调查分析

摘　　要：为了调查研究医学研究生的创新思维能力状况，并对医学研究生创新思维能力培养进行探讨，对山东省内3所高等院校和5所三级医院的517名医学研究生或毕业生进行了问卷调查，采用SPSS11．5软件对有关数据进行统计分析。调查结果表明，医学研究生普遍欠缺创新思维能力；同时，不同年级的医学研究生和毕业生在创新意识、创新思维方法等方面存在差异。提示学校和研究生导师应当根据医学研究生的特点和具体情况对其进行有重点的创新思维方法的培养，以进一步提高他们的创新思维能力。In order to investigate the situation and explore the cultivation of creative thinking ability of postgraduates, questionnaire survey was carried out among 517 medical postgraduates in Shandong Province and the results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistics software. The results showed that medical postgraduates were lack of creative thinking ability in common and there were differences among them in creative consciousness, creative thinking method and so on. Thus, school and tutors should culture post-graduates according to their characteristics so as to improve their creative thinking ability.
