摘  要:飞行模拟器的运动系统处于极限位姿时,系统的相关特性最差,并且其机械系统的关键部件之间最容易发生干涉。为了保证运行安全性和直观性,对极限位姿下的状态进行研究,运用VRML-Java技术,基于运动学反解以及机械实体的静态、动态装配约束关系,建立了飞行模拟器运动系统的可视化仿真模型,利用模型对其处于极限位姿下的状态进行可视化仿真分析,仿真结果表明所建立的模型简易、真实,并且所分析的飞行模拟器运动系统在极限位姿处不存在机械干涉和奇异位形。采用所提出的方法进行仿真。实验证明,上述方法为飞行模拟器的设计提供了参考依据。When the motion system of a flight simulator is in its extreme poses,the related characteristics of the system are worst and the interference between its key components of the mechanical system is easy to happen. In order to study the status of the motion system in its extreme poses,visual simulation model of the motion system of the flight simulator is built with the VRML-Java technology based on the inverse kinematics and static and dynamic mechanical assemble constraint relationship between entities. Then visual simulation analysis of the motion system in its extreme poses is carried out. The results show that the established model is simple and true. It also finds out that there donnot exist mechanical interference and singular configuration in its extreme poses. So it can give an analysis and guidance of design and application of the motion system of a flight simulator with the proposed method,which has an important value of practical application
