摘 要:变革时代的法学教育越来越重视实践能力的培养。罗马法在整个法学教育中的地位下降了。然而,罗马法在法学知识、法学方法和法律实践方面的价值决定了罗马法教学存在的意义。各国罗马法课程的设置因其与罗马法因缘的深浅而有不同。目前,我国罗马法教学的教材与师资条件都已比较完备。罗马法的课程设置应视教学目标而定。在教学方法上可采取分组阅读文献和撰写论文的方式。在研究特定问题时,导师制是一个有效的方法。legal education in changing era pays more and more attention to practical ability of college students. The position of Roman Law in entire legal education system has declined. However, owing to its values in the knowledge of law, methodology of jurisprudence and legal practice, Roman Law teaching is still significant today. The design of Roman Law curriculum is different from one country to another in accordance with its karma with Roman Law. At present we have had comparative perfect conditions in Roman Law teaching both in teaching materials and in teachers. The courses design of Roman Law rests with teaching target. It is feasible teaching methods in Roman Law to read literature in group and to write 'articles. Besides, tutorial system is helpful to study specific problems on Roman Law.
