摘  要:幼儿教师的专业素质能力是一个多层次的概念。通过自编《幼儿教师专业素质能力现状调查问卷》,从教学能力、组织幼儿一日生活能力、与幼儿交往能力、合作能力、自我发展能力等五方面了解浙江省宁波市幼儿教师的专业素质现状和存在的问题。解决沿海发达地区幼儿园师资队伍建设中存在的问题,全面提升幼儿教师专业素质,需要政府、社会、师资培养机构、幼儿园及教师自身等多方面的共同努力。Prechool teachers’ professional competency are complicated concept that contains many different levels and aspects.A Questionnaire of Preschool Teachers’ Professional Competency were used for the investigation on Prechool teachers’ professional competency in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province,in following five aspects: teaching ability,the ability to organize the daily life of children,the ability to communicate with children,the ability to collaborate with others,self-deveopment ability.And to make suggestions according to the results of investigation in the view of government,preschool teacher training institutions,kindergartens and preschool teachers themselves,to promote preschool teachers professional ability.
