摘  要:[目的]探究发酵和酶解共处理玉米秸秆效果。[方法]利用有效微生物发酵玉米秸秆,并对发酵后玉米秸秆进行酶解。采用单因素法,考察温度、pH值、酶与底物比、处理时间对酶解效果的影响。[结果]发酵和酶解单独处理玉米秸秆,效果均不理想;有效微生物群可以软化秸秆,利于酶解。在温度为50℃、pH值为4.8、酶与底物比为15g/kg、处理时间为72h的条件下,纤维素酶酶解发酵后的秸秆所得总糖有较大幅度提高,还原糖提高较小。[结论]该研究为玉米秸秆综合利用及饲料开发提供了试验依据。[Objective]The research on the treatment of corn stalk with the method of fermentation and enzymolysis was preliminarily studied in the experiment.[Method] The corn stalk was fermented by effective microorganism and hydrolyzed after its fermentation.The single-factor experiment were used to study the influence of temperature,pH,ratio of enzyme-substrate,treatment time.[Result] The results indicated that the effect of the individual treatment of fermentation or enzymolysis on corn stalk was unsatisfactory.The effective microorganism could soften the stalk,which would be helpful for its enzymolysis.The total sugar was greatly increased and the reducing sugar was increased in the corn stalk after enzymolysis under the following conditions:the temperature,30 ℃;the pH,4.8;the ratio of enzyme-substrate,15g/kg and the treatment time,72 hours.[Conclusion]The experimental evidence for the comprehensive utilization of corn stalk and the development of feed was provided through the study.
