摘  要:为加强实践教学改革、优化实践教学,我们对天津医科大学遗传学的实验考核体系进行改革,构建了综合性形成性考核评价体系。调研结果显示,改革后的考核体系可科学、客观、全程地评价学生的学业成绩的基础上,还可及时反馈信息,提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,真正体现形成性考核评价的价值。而且有利于教师改进教学方法和手段,提高教学质量、改进考试设计。To strengthen the reform of practice teaching and to optimize practice teaching, the experimental evaluation system of genetics has been reformed and a comprehensive evaluation system of formative assessment has been built in Tianjin Medical University. Research results have shown that the reformed examination system has many advantages. It can evaluate the students' scores scientifically, objectively and com- prehensively. It improves students' initiative and enthusiasm through timely feedback, and shows the value of formative assessment. In addition, it helps the teachers to improve teaching quality and the design of the exam by reforming teaching methods and means.
