摘　　要：评述了阿斯巴甜的各种化学和生物合成路线,重点讨论了有关高选择性合成阿斯巴甜的方法,并针对当前研究生产现状提出了在国内进一步工作的建议。This review dealt with the various chemical pathways and biological pathways for synthesizing aspartame. Emphasis was given to those pathways with high selectivity. Some suggestions were also proposed for further work in China according to the present situation of the study and commercialization of aspartame both at home and abroad.
