摘　　要：高职商务英语教学模式改革是提高商务人才培养质量、实现商务英语人才培养目标的关键。在高职商务英语教学中,应贯穿"以学生为主体、以教师为主导"教学观,突出职业素质、实践能力的培养,推进第二课堂、学生自主学习和现代技术辅助教学,采取校企合作、订单培养、工学交替等形式,实现人才培养与企业需求"零距离"对接。The reform of teaching model of commercial English of higher vocational education is key for enhancing the talent cultivation quality and achieving talent cultivation objectives of commercial English specialty.In the teaching of commercial English of higher vocational education,teachers should infiltrate the teaching view of ＂taking students as the subject and taking teachers as the guidance＂ into teaching,stand out the cultivation of professional qualities and practical abilities,boost extracurricular activities,students＇ independent learning and assistant teaching of modern technology,adopt the teaching models of school and enterprise cooperation,ordering form cultivation and working and learning alternation to achieve the linkage of talent cultivation with enterprise＇s demand.
