摘　　要：职业教育的吸引力已成为职业教育发展的核心动力,研究和提升职业教育吸引力不仅具有学术意义,也具有政策意义。文章对职业教育吸引力的概念进行了界定,探讨了影响职业教育吸引力的内因和外因,介绍了欧盟在提升职业教育吸引力方面的策略。The attractiveness of vocational education has become the core driving force of vocational education development,and its research and enhancement are of academic values and policy implications.In this paper,the attractiveness of vocational education is defined,and internal and external influencing factors are discussed,and strategies of European commission are introduced in improving the attractiveness of vocational education.
