摘　　要：以旁听者作为进行课堂教学诊断的主体，以授课教师为诊断对象，从课堂教学诊断主体需具备的基本素质、课堂教学现象的收集、寻找现象原因以及课堂教学中解决问题等4个方面设计了顺利进行课堂教学诊断的策略。Observers as the main diagnosis of classroom teaching, teaching teachers as the the object of diagnosis, this study designes some strategies about the diagnosis of classroom teaching smoothly that the basic quality the main diagnosis for classroom teaching need, collecting the phenomenon of classroom teaching, finding the reasons for the phenomenon as well as classroom teaching problem solving to start the diagnosis of classroom teaching.
