摘  要:提高教学质量是学校教学工作的核心。如何科学、有效地评估与保障教学质量,直接关系到学校的办学水平,更关系到人才培养质量。当前,学生评教已成为学校评估教学效果与保障教学质量的重要形式。然而,来自管理者、教师、学生等诸方面主客观因素制约了学生评教工作的信度与效度,这需要学校科学设计评教指标、构建多元化评教体系、提升学生评教能力、合理处理评教数据,并最终促使学生评教工作回归到"沟通与改进"这一根本目的上来。Improving teaching quality is the core in education. How to scientifically and effectively evaluate and ensure the quality of teaching and learning directly decides the educational level of a school and the quality of talent training. At present, evaluation by students has become an important form for the purpose, but factors such as from administration, faculty and students, too are reducing the credibility and efficiency of the evaluation. To solve the problem, it is necessary to scientifically design the indexes, formulate multi-system, improve students' ability to evaluate, reasonably process the data and finally make such evaluation an eventual means for communication and improvement.
