摘　　要：高职实用英语教学的目标是在提高英语语言基础能力的前提下培养学生实际应用英语进行交际的能力。面对英语水平参差不齐的高职学生,采用不同的教学方法,分层次教学,因材施教是高职英语教学改革的有效途径。在分层次教学中要改革考试方式,实行动态管理,以取得更好的教学效果。The teaching target of higher vocational practical English is to training students＇ communication skills based on raising the English language basic ability.Face to level-different students,take different teaching method,carries out multi-level teaching method,and individualized instruction is the effective way to reform higher vocational teaching.In the multi-level teaching,reform the examination mode and carry out dynamic management to make the teaching better.
