摘  要:采用单因素试验和正交试验对有效微生物解磷工艺进行了研究,得出最佳的解磷条件是,发酵时间为96h,发酵温度为34℃,尾矿粉加入量为3g,在此条件下测得溶磷量为14.12g/kg。有效微生物用于生产生物磷肥,可解决磷矿企业环境污染问题,同时为农业生产提供肥料,减少农业生产成本。Phosphate tailings is the solid waste of phosphate rock enterprise.The process of dissolve phosphate by effective microorganisms was studied by using single factor experiment and orthogonal methods.The optimal conditions of dissolve phosphate were as follows:fermentation time 96 h,fermentation temperature 34℃,addition of tailings powder 3 g.Under this conditions,the phosphate solubilization was 14.12 g/kg.The production of biological phosphorus fertilizer by effective microorganisms was used in solving the problem of environmental pollution of phosphate rock enterprise and was used in agriculture so as to reduce cost.
