摘　　要：质量管理体系方法是以系统工程作为基础,以系统论为理论支撑的,其最根本要求就是把质量管理看作是一个系统,把质量作为一个系统问题。这样的方法不仅可以运用到组织的质量管理中,也可以运用到组织的其他管理中,甚至可以运用到人们的各种有意识、有目的的其他活动中,具有相当大的普适性,可以在其他管理中推广运用。Methods of quality management system is based on systems engineering and systems theory, and its most fundamental requirement is that the quality management is a system and the quality is regarded as system problem. This method can be applied to not only quality management in the organization but also other management organizations, and even can be applied to other conscious activities. With considerable universality, this method can be promoted to other managements.
