摘  要:本文建立了离子色谱-脉冲安培法测定口香糖中单双糖(半乳糖、葡萄糖、木糖、果糖、蔗糖、乳糖)的方法。口香糖经处理后其单双糖含量以CarboPacTMPA10高效阴离子交换柱为分析柱,氢氧化钠为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,脉冲安培检测器(PAD)检测,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明,半乳糖、葡萄糖、木糖、果糖、蔗糖、乳糖在Car-boPacTMPA10上可以在27min内完成分离,检出限分别为(进样25μL,S/N=3)分别为3μg/L、2μg/L、2μg/L、5μg/L、5μg/L和8μg/L,且均具有较宽的线性范围(0.05mg/L-50mg/L)。样品测定的相对标准偏差在0.39%-3.78%之间,加标回收率在95.2%-106.3%之间。本方法检测糖简便快捷、分离效果好、无需衍生、灵敏度高,适用于口香糖中单双糖的分析。A chromatographic method was developed for the determination of monosaccharides and disaccharides(galactose,glucose,xylose,fructose,sucrose and lactose) in chewing gum.CarboPacTMPA10 high performance anion exchange column(HPAEC) as splitter,NaOH as eluent,gradient elution,pulsed amperometric detection(PAD),qualitative analysis with retaining time,quantitative analysis with external reference method.These six saccharides can be separates well in 27 min by CarboPacTMPA10.The detection limits of these(25μL injection,S /N=3) using PAD were 3μg/L、2μg/L、 2μg/L、5μg/L、5μg/L and 8μg/L,respectively.Moreover,all analyzes had a wide linear range(0.05 mg/L-50mg/L),good relative standard deviations(0.39%-3.78%) and satisfying recoveries(95.2%-106.3%).This method was quite suitable for the determination of monosaccharides and disaccharides in Chewing gum for its simple and good separation performance as well as high sensitivity.No derivation is needed in the process of determination.
