青岛职业技术学院与保税区校企合作实践的思考

摘　　要：校企合作是利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和资源,培养具有职业素质和创新能力人才的教育模式。青岛职业技术学院以服务保税区,联合培养人才为目标,实施"走出去,请进来"的双向互动战略,通过与青岛保税区合作调研、讲学、教师研修、科研合作等形式,努力拓展双方深度耦合空间,并针对影响双方深度合作的问题,提出了相关措施及几点启示。The school-enterprise cooperation is an educational model using two different education environment and resources in schools and business to cultivate the talents of professional quality and innovative ability. Qingdao Technical College serves the Free Trade Zone, and cultivates the talents together with the Free Trade Zone. Carrying out the two-way interactive strategy of ＂Going Out and Coming In＂, QTC adopts such cooperation with Free Trade Zone as investigation, lectures, teachers＂ training, and research to expand the depth of coupling space. Some measures and revelation to solve issues affecting bilateral cooperation are put forward in the paper.
