教师尊严论——基于教师经典隐喻的反思

摘  要:教师经典隐喻反映了社会对教师职业的一种崇高的期待,可是在这种期待中,教师尊严逐渐成了被忽略的问题。教师尊严包括教师作为一个人的内在和外在尊严、教师职业的内在和外在尊严。在教师经典隐喻的影响下,一方面,教师职业的尊严没有得到很好的维护;另一方面,教师作为一个人的尊严在这种理想化的期待下,完全处于背景的地位。鉴于此,笔者提出了一些维护教师尊严的建议,以引起对教师尊严的关注和重视。The classical metaphors of teacher reflect a lofty anticipation given to teacher's occupation by the society, but in this circumstance, teacher's dignity is ignored gradually. Teacher's dignity contains four points: teacher's intrinsic and external dignity as a human being and as an occupation. Under the influence of classical metaphors of teacher, on one hand, teacher's dignity as an occupation isn't protected well; on the other hand, under this ideal anticipation, teacher's dignity as a human being stays in the background completely. In view of it, the author puts forward some suggestions to protect teacher's dignity, appealing for attention to teacher's dignity.
