美国阿米什人的教育价值取向及对我国农村教育的启示

摘　　要：阿米什人自18世纪初迁居美国至今,一直保持着16世纪欧洲农民传统的生活方式和价值观念。他们建立了自己的学校,并确立了自身独特的教育价值取向:传承自身独特的信仰及核心价值观,以基础教育为本,立足于农村社区实际生活需要,重视培养基本的劳动技能,充分发展职业教育。阿米什人的教育价值取向,可为我国农村教育的发展提供重要的借鉴。American Amish have been keeping their European rural life style and values since they set foot on the new continent in the early 18th century. Their values of education are as follows： the retention of their unique beliefs and core values; an emphasis on basic labor skills; and a fully developed vocational education system, which can provide important reference to Chinese rural education.
