摘 要:采用五元二次旋转正交设计,研究碱浓度、温度、液料比、时间和提取次数等5个因素对碱提棉籽粕多糖提取率的影响,用SAS分析程序分析得到了5个因素的回归方程。结果表明:所得方程达显著水平,拟合情况良好。影响多糖提取率的因素依次为碱浓度、温度、液料比、提取次数和时间。通过对回归方程进行局部寻优分析,得到碱提棉籽粕多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浓度1.0mol/L,提取温度85℃,液料比24∶1,提取时间2h,提取次数1次。The quadratic orthogonal rotation design with five factors was used to study the effect of alkali concentration,temperature,the ratio of liquid to solid,time and extracting times on the yield of polysaccharides by alkali extraction from cottonseed meals. Functional models of yield to five factors were established by RSREG software in SAS 8.0.Results showed that the regression equation was significant, and the mathematical model for the simulation was presented. The effect order of five factors on yield was as follows:alkali concentration, temperature,the ratio of liquid to solid, extracting times, time.The optimum technical conditions were as follows: alkali solution concentration of 1.0mol/L,extracting temperature of 85℃,the ratio of fluid to material of 24:1 (mL/g), and extracting time of 2h,extracting times of at one time.
