摘　　要：通过对对虾养殖和加工环节的分析,以条形码为数据载体,结合GS1系统中的的EAN/UCC编码体系对产品进行唯一标识,采用SQL Server 2000和Visual Studio.net为系统开发平台,构建对虾及其产品的全程质量控制,实现对虾供应链中可追溯体系的建立。Through cultivation and processing link＇ s analysis to the prawn,taking the bar code as the data carrier, combining the EAN/UCC code system in the GS1 system to identify the product uniquely, adopting SQL Server 2000 and the Visual Studio.net as the platform for developing the system, prawn and the product quality control in entire process were constructed to realize the establishment of traceability system in the prawn supply chain.
