摘  要:目的针对近年来医学教育发展的需要、传染病疾病谱的变迁以及传染病学教学中存在的问题,实施传染病学教学方法改革的尝试。方法选择细菌性痢疾内容,采用“以问题为基础学习”和“标准化病人”相结合的互动式教学方法,并通过问卷调查的形式了解相关学生对互动式教学效果的评价。结果“以问题为基础学习”和“标准化病人”相结合的互动式教学方法受到学生的普遍欢迎。结论“以问题为基础学习”和“标准化病人”相结合的互动式教学方法适用于传染病学教学,有助于提高学生的综合能力。Objective Try to reform the model of teaching in infectious disease to meet the need of development of the medical education, the change of infectious disease composing and to solve the problems existed in infectious disease teaching. Methods The "problem-based learning" and "standardized patients" combination with interactive form of teaching methods were adopted in bacillary dysentery teaching and using the questionnaire to get the opinion from students about interactive teaching. Results The new method was accepted by students in general. Conclusions The new method can be used in infectious disease teaching.
