摘  要:目的了解临床实习护生感知临床带教老师对病人的关怀行为的现状,分析其影响因素,为实施关怀教育提供依据。方法采用方便取样法抽取2所教学医院的386名实习护生,应用自制的有良好信度、效度的问卷,对其感知临床带教老师对病人的关怀行为状况及其影响因素进行调查。用描述性研究分析护生的个人特征,采用Spearman相关分析和非参数检验方法进行单因素分析,采用多元线性回归分析进行多因素分析。结果性别、学历、自评对外界敏感度、学校关怀氛围和家人关心会影响护生对临床护理老师给予病人关怀行为的感知。结论护生对老师给予病人的关怀行为感知度较高,建议加强教学环境人文关怀氛围的构建,对老师进行关怀知识的培训,指导老师根据护生的特征实施关怀,引导其感知关怀,以提高护生的关怀感知和关怀能力。Objective To analyze influencing factors of nursing students’ perception of clinical teachers’ caring to patients and to provide suggestions for caring education.Methods A self-designed scale with satisfactory reliability and validity was used to surveyed 386 students about status quo and related factors.Results were analyzed with descriptive study,Spearman single-factor correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.Results Sex,educational background,sensitivity,school caring atmosphere and family caring were factors that affected the perception of nursing teachers’ caring action.Conclusion Most students think highly of teachers’ caring behaviors.It is suggested to create caring climate in the teaching environment,and to guide students to percept caring so as to enhance their caring perception and ability.
