摘　　要：玉米有很高的综合利用价值。对玉米进行提胚取皮制渣处理，再进行制淀粉、糖、发酵生产，同时还可以生产玉米胚油、玉米胚饼以及玉米片类食品、玉米珍珠米，浸取玉米朊。笔者根据实际生产出现的问题，着重研究润水调质、润水温度、溶剂、筛子筛网配置、破渣机、榨油工作参数对发酵生产，提胚榨油及其综合利用的影响，以求充分利用已有工艺设备最大限度地提高制糖，发酵及粮油企业的综合经济效益。The corn has a high comprehensive nutritional value.Through degerminating,debraning and milling processes,the corn starch,corn sugar,germ oil,germ cake,corn chips,corn pearl grits and zein can be produced from corn.According to the problems in the production processes,the effects of tempering,the tempering temperature,the solvent,the mesh screen arrangement,the working parameters of the crusher and oil press on the fermentation,corn degerminating and corn oil pressing as well as the comprehensive utilization of the corn were studied,in order to possibly improve the economic benefit of the industries of sugar processing,fermentation,and cereal and oil processing by fully utilizing the exisiting facilities.
