对我国营养配餐研究思路的探析

摘　　要：营养配餐因符合现代营养理念正逐渐成为我国新兴产业。本文论述了我国现行营养配餐研究思路,分析了其中存在的问题,探讨了我国营养配餐发展的对策和建议。Nutritional balanced diet is gradually being a new industry, because of the modern nutritional viewpoints in China. The current way of investigation of nutritional balanced diet was summarized, and the problems were analyzed in this paper. The ideas and proposals for development of it were also discussed.
