摘　　要：用综合素质测评评价学生表现、引导学生全面发展是高等教育发展的趋势。但是综合素质测评结果是否准确反映学生"素质",本文用教育测量学的理论进行了分析,并为综合素质测评体系的改进提供量化依据。Using the comprehensive quality evaluation to assess students＇ performance and guide their allround development is the trend of higher education. But it is not certain whether the results of comprehensive quality evaluation can accurately reflect the quality of students or not. This article analyzes this issue based on educational measurement theory and provides some quantitative foundation for improving the evaluation system.
