摘　　要：2003年教育部颁布了《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》。2004年,广东、山东、宁夏和海南开始实施高中英语新课程改革。高中英语课程改革对高考英语改革提出了新的任务,高考英语改革也对高中英语课程改革提出了新的课题。2010年全国高考,有16个省市实施了新课改高考英语改革。新课改高考英语改革在如何考查考生语言能力运用问题上作出了不懈的努力和探索,具有较好的导向性与前瞻性。In 2003,the＂Ordinary High School English Curriculum Standards（experimental）＂ was issued by Ministry of education.In 2004,Guangdong、Shandong、Ningxia and Hainan began to carry out the high school English curriculum reform.New tasks have been put forward to both high school English curriculum reform and college entrance examination English reform.In 2010,16 provinces and cities that implemented college entrance examination English reform of the new curriculum reform which has examined the examinees＇ abilities to use language by unremitting efforts and exploration and which is full of good guidance and preview.
