摘　　要：介绍了细胞固定化的方法、常用细胞固定化载体海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇的研究,综述了固定化细胞技术在工业、环境中的应用,并对其发展前景进行展望。In this paper,the methods of immobilized cells and research on the common immobilized carriers of sodium alginate and PVA were introduced,meanwhile overview of application of immobilized cell technology in the industry and the environment,including prospect of its development prospects.
