摘  要:师资问题是制约农村学前教育发展的关键问题。调查表明,农村学前教育师资存在数量不足、流动率高、后继乏人,职前教育薄弱、专业素质较低,职后培训缺失、自主发展意识淡薄等问题。幼教师资培养院校应当抓住机遇,深化改革,肩负起为农村学前教育培养合格师资的历史使命。The issue of Teachers is the key question that restricts development of rural preschool education. This investigation indicated that the quantity of teachers in rural areas was insufficient. And with high rate of flow, there lack of successors. Pre- service training is inadequate and professional qualifications low; in-service training was lacking and self-development awareness among teachers was weak. Colleges and universities that cultivate preschool teachers should grab the opportunity to deepen the reform and shoulder the historic mission of cultivating qualified preschool teachers.
