摘　　要：学前教育专业实习教师的关注分为非教学关注与教学关注；他们更多的是处于生存关注阶段，在幼儿园实习时较关注自己是否保持了较好的课堂管理水平，是否能被合作教师、大学指导教师及同事认可，等等。实习教师自身的观念及合作教师、大学指导教师的鼓励与支持是促进实习教师专业成长的两大重要因素。Preschool student teachers＇ concern include non-teaching and teaching concern; they are basically in the state of survival concern, which means that they are more concerned about whether they have maintained high classroom management level and whether they are being recognized by co-teachers, the instructor as well as other colleagues. The concept of student teachers and encouragement and support from co-teachers and the instructor are two important factors for student teachers＇ professional development.
