摘　　要：作为教育发展中的一个类型,职业教育的发展越来越受到重视。文章分析了师德建设与职业教育发展的关系,重点阐述了加强师德建设在提升职业院校核心竞争力、促进教师专业化发展、加强教学团队建设和创造良好教育人文环境等方面的重要作用。As a type in education development,the development of vocational education has been paid more and more attention.This paper analyzes the relationship between teachers＇ professional ethics construction and vocational education development.It mainly expounds the important role of teachers＇ professional ethics construction in improving the core competitive power of the vocational colleges,promoting teachers＇ specialization development,strengthening teaching team construction and creating good education human environment.
