摘　　要：运用观察、访谈的方法,研究教学反思实践中存在的问题与解决对策,结果发现:存在的突出问题有四个,即主体对理论学习的忽视;教学监控能力较低;教学评价落后和培训不到位,只关心"知"不关心"行"。据此,提出了四个有针对性的建议。Use observation,interview method,researched problems and solutions in teaching reflection practice,the results showed that：the existing prominent problems,which has four main theoretical study of neglect,The teaching monitoring capability low,Teaching evaluation and training,only care about ＂know＂ don＇t care ＂line＂.Accordingly,puts forward four targeted Suggestions.
