国产近红外设备对糖厂在制品快速分析的初步应用

摘　　要：近红外技术在国外糖厂已经得到广泛应用,为提高国内糖厂分析的自动化水平,应用国产近红外设备快速分析甘蔗糖厂混合汁和清汁。采用5700型近红外分析仪对混合汁和清汁进行扫描获得光谱数据,选用最佳光谱预处理算法,运用偏最小二乘法进行多元统计分析建立数学模型,并进行预测。混合汁的锤度和蔗糖分的SEC值分别为0.101和0.298,SEP值分别为0.080和0.182;清汁锤度、色值与简纯度的SEC值分别为0.131、24.6和0.096,SEP值分别为0.076、28.8和0.102,各指标偏差均在糖厂可接收范围内。结果表明国产近红外设备快速分析甘蔗糖厂在制品具有较好的应用前景。The NIR technique was widely used in the overseas sugar cane mill.Use 5700 NIR analyzer in fast analyzing mixed juice and cleaning juice.The machine scan,obtain the spectral data,choose the pretreated method,using partial least-square regression（PLS） to building the model.The SEC for the brix and the sugar content of mixed juice were 0.101 and 0.298,the SEP were 0.080 and 0.182.The SEC for the brix,the colour,and the apparent purity of clean juice were 0.131,24.6 and 0.096,the SEP were 0.076,0.28.8 and 0.102.The deviation of each index range can be received in the sugar mill.The results show that NIR device of quickly analyzing could be wildly used in the can mill.
