摘  要:通过动物试验考察文冠果种仁冷榨油的体内抗氧化功能。以3种不同剂量的文冠果种仁冷榨油连续给小鼠经口灌胃,30 d后颈椎脱臼处死,快速取出肝、脑组织并测定其中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:文冠果种仁冷榨油试验组小鼠肝、脑组织中SOD、CAT、GSH-PX等抗氧化酶活力明显高于正常对照组,而MDA含量却明显低于正常对照组。试验说明适当剂量的文冠果种仁冷榨油具有显著的体内抗氧化作用。The antioxidation effect in vivo of cold pressed Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil was evaluated through animal experiments.The rats were given cold pressed Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil by oral with 3 different doses,the rats were executed through cervical dislocation and the liver and brain tissue were removed quickly after 30 days,and then the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-PX,and MDA contents in liver and brain of rats were analyzed.The result showed that the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-PX for the cold pressed Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil group were higher significantly and the MDA contents were lower significantly than those in the control group.In a word,appropriate dose of the cold pressed Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil had obvious antioxidative effect in vivo.
