摘　　要：专业教学团队是提高专业人才培养质量、办出高职特色的关键。目前,高职院校专业教学团队建设面临缺乏明确定位、共同愿景和有效激励机制等困境。高职院校尤其是专业层面需要从团队规划、目标集聚、强化激励机制、改进支持系统等方面,加强专业教学团队的整体建设。The professional teaching team is the key to improve the quality of professional talents cultivation and acquire the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.At present,the construction of professional teaching team faces with some difficulties,such as the lack of clear positioning,common vision,effective stimulating mechanism etc.Higher vocational colleges,especially from the professional level,should strengthen the construction of the integrated teaching staff on team plan,concentration objectives,enhancing the motivation mechanism,and improving the system.
