摘　　要：中国教育传统具有两重性,既蕴藏着丰富的教育创新资源,又存在着阻碍创新的惰性力量和消极因素。本文从经学传统的弥散、传统思维方式的缺陷、社会本位的强旺等层面系统分析教育传统对创造性人才成长的影响,以期对创造教育的深入开展有所助益。There is a duality in Chinese educational tradition.On the one hand,it contains rich resources of educational innovation;on the other hand,there are inertia forces which impede innovation and negative factors.This paper makes a systematical analysis and exposition of the influences of Chinese educational tradition upon the growth of creative talents from the diffusion of traditional Confucian classic to the shortcomings of traditional ways of thinking and to the strong forces of socio-centralism and so on.Hopefully,it is useful to the in-depth development of creativity-oriented education.
