摘  要:教师专业知识是教师专业素质的主要内容之一,了解教师专业知识状况需要借助有效的测查工具。根据经典测量理论中关于教育测验编制的方法和技术,本课题组运用所开发的三套测查工具测查了语文、数学、英语教师的专业知识状况。在测查工具的开发和应用过程中,尚存在一些问题,诸如测查内容无专业标准参照,测查题量与测查时间之间的矛盾,研究的非利害性对测查信度的可能影响等,需要进一步探讨和反思。Teachers' professional knowledge is one of the main elements of teachers' professional quality, and to understand the status of teachers' professional knowledge needs valid measurement tool. Three sets of measurement tools have been developed for measuring teachers' professional knowledge according to Classical Test Theory, and the tools have been applied to investigate the status of the teachers' professional knowledge of Chinese, Mathematics and English. In the process of the development and application of measurement tools, there are still some problems that need to be further discussed. For example, there is no professional standard reference of the measurement content, there is the contradiction between the amount of contents and the time of measurement, and the potential effect of research non-interestedness on the reliability of measurement, etc.
