摘 要:教师的知识管理,是教师对教学情境中的教学知识与经验不断学习、积累、交流、分享和创新的过程;教师知识管理能力,是指教师为推进知识管理,在认知、技能、态度等方面所具备的有效行为表现。本文从知识管理流程出发,将教师知识管理能力分为教学知识的取得能力、教学知识的转化能力、教学知识的应用能力和教学知识的保护能力等维度;并指出发展教师知识管理能力可以促进教师专业化成长。Teacher's knowledge management is defined as the teacher's continuous learning,accumulation,exchange and sharing, and innovation for the teaching knowledge and experience in the situational teaching.Teacher's capability of knowledge management refers that in order to promote knowledge management,teacher's effective behavior and performance in the aspects of cognition,skill, attitude etc.Proceeding from the concept of knowledge management processes,this article divides the capabilities into several dimensions including acquisition,conversion,application and protection.Also,it's believed that the development of the teacher's capabilities of knowledge management can promote professional development of teacher.
