论高校思想教育隐性艺术化的方法和途径  

On the Methods to Implicitly Conduct Ideological Education in Colleges

摘　　要：高校要将思想教育融入日常管理,使之从课堂教育走向生活引导;融入具体人文关怀,使之从理论说教走向真情感化;融入心理健康辅导,使之从外部灌输走向心理疏导;融入现代网络技术,使之从直面教育走向隐形牵引;融入校园文化建设,使之从理论宣传走向氛围熏陶;融入各种实践活动,使之从理论学习走向实践锻炼;融入各门学科教学,使之从单向着力走向多维合力,才能解决传统思想教育显性有余而隐性不足的问题,进而取得良好效果。Ideological education in colleges should be integrated with the daily administration routines so as to direct it by guidance in daily life rather than classroom instruction; it should be integrated with humanistic concern so as to deliver it by real sentiments rather than theoretic sermon; it should be integrated with psychological health counseling so as to deal with it by psychological persuasion rather than external instillation;it should be integrated with modern network technology so as to instruct it implicitly rather than explicitly; it should be integrated with campus cultural building - up so as to process it by environment edification rather than theoretical publicity; it should be integrated with diversified practices so as to handle it by practice rather than theoretical learning; it should be integrated with the instruction of all courses so as to advance it by the joint efforts of all departments and personnel rather than the limited endeavors of the directly concerned departments and personnel. Only in this way could we find a solution to the problem that the traditional ideological education is conducted too explicitly instead of implicitly, and thus to achieve a more favorable result.
