摘　　要：本文建立了速冻机的运行参数对性能参数影响的理论模型。模型分析表明：制冷系统的蒸发温度、风机风速及它们的匹配是影响速冻机冻结时间、生产能力及能耗的重要因素，同时，要重视气流组织的设计，使冻结区的风速衰减和温度的回升达到最小。The theoretical model of the match between the running parameters and the performance index for the blast freezer is established in this paper.The analysis shows that the evaporation temperature,the air speed and their match are important factors which affect the freezing time,production output and the energy consumption of the freezer and that the air flow organization should be pay more attention to keep the air speed drop and the air temping minimum to reach the energy conservation.
