摘　　要：谷物油脂脂肪酸组成合理,生理活性物质如谷维素、VE、植物甾醇丰富,被称为"营养健康型油脂"。我国谷物油脂资源十分丰富,本文论述了我国谷物油脂资源开发利用现状及意义,并提出相关建议。Rice bran oil,maize oil and wheat germ have oil ideal fatty acids profile and is rich in physiological active substances,such as oryzanol,VE and phytosterols.They are extensively consumed as ＂health oil＂ in the world.Development and utilization status and significance of cereals oil were reviewed,and some suggestions were proposed.
