摘  要:通过蚕豆根尖细胞微核实验,研究蛹虫草水提液对Cu2+诱发蚕豆根尖微核的影响。结果显示,当蛹虫草提取液浓度为5mg/mL以上时,对蚕豆根尖细胞自然诱导的微核产生有显著的抑制作用,对Cu2+诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核亦有显著的抑制作用,抑制率均可达50%以上。结论:蛹虫草水提液可有效地抑制蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生,且抑制作用随着蛹虫草水提液浓度的增大而增强,表明蛹虫草水提取液具有抑制Cu2+遗传毒性的作用。本实验为蛹虫草作为功能性食品开发利用提供新的应用范围。Micronucleus test was designed to study effects of water extract of cordyceps militaris on micronucleus rate of vicia faba root-tip cells induced by Cu2+. The results showed when the concentration of water extract of cordyceps militaris was 5mg/mL,the micronucleus formation(MCN%)in root tip cell which was created naturally or induced with Cu2+was significant different,the inhibition rate on micronucleus formation was more than 50%. In conclusion,the water extract of corcyceps militaris can effectively inhibit the creation of root tip cells micronucleus of Vicia faba and the inhibitory action of the water extract of cordyceps militaris can be strengthened along with the increasing concentrations of itself,which indicated the water extract of cordyceps militaris had an inhibitory effect on hereditary toxicity.
