摘 要:针对我国进出口食品存在的安全问题,分析了近几年我国食品进出口的状况,概述了影响食品安全的食源性致病菌、农药残留和防腐剂等几种重要物质的检测方法,对与进出口食品相关的检测机构、监管体制以及技术法规中存在的问题进行了分析,并从安全监督、危险评估和技术壁垒等多个方面提出了应对策略,对于提高我国食品进出口安全监管水平有一定的作用。According to the safety issues in food import and export,status quo of Chinese food import and export in recent years was described. Testing methods of some important materials such as food-borne pathogens,residual pesticide and preservatives that affect food safety were summarized. The existing problems in inspection institutions,regulation systems,technologies and regulations for food import and export were also analyzed. Besides,correlative measures were proposed from multi-aspects like safety supervision,risk assessment and technical barriers. It will exert influence on the improvement of safety supervision ability for food import and export.
