摘　　要：开展在职护理人员专业学位研究生培养,顺应了社会发展对人才需求的趋势,可以满足在职护理人员继续教育的需要,是实现我国护理教育与国际接轨,提升临床护理师资水平,培养专家型临床护理人才的有效途径。培养模式应从明确培养目标、合理设置课程、改革教学方法与考核方式等方面不断探索。Cultivation of postgraduates with specialty degree for on-service nurses,which complies with the trend of human talents demanded by social development and can satisfy nurses＇ need for continuing education,is an effective way of achieving connectivity between Chinese and international nursing education,promoting teaching levels of clinical nurses,and cultivating clinical nursing experts.Patterns of cultivation should be continuingly explored by focusing on respects of clarifying cultivation goals,arranging curriculum properly and reforming methods of teaching and assessment.
