摘  要:在当前幼儿园教师园本培训中,存在培训目的性不强、组织不力,教师缺乏参与培训的动力及有效反思的能力等一系列问题。针对这些问题,园本培训可采取分层培养策略、多层次多渠道的培训方式,建立行之有效的反思制度和切实可行的保障制度,注意增强教师研究意识、关注教师的主体性和创设园本培训环境,切实提高幼儿教师的教育素养和水平。In current kindergarten-based teacher training,a series of problems such as weak purpose,poor organization,the teachers' lack of motivation in participation and the ability to effective reflections arise. In view of these problems,the following measures may be adopted:the training may be done according to different levels; training ways may be multi-level multi-channel,the effective reconsideration system and the practical and feasible system of safeguards may be established,teachers' study consciousness should be strengthened,the teacher's subjectivity should be paid attention to and the garden-based training environment should be established. By these means,kindergarten teacher's qualifications can be enhanced.
