摘 要:项目课程理念要求教师参与课程从单纯课程执行走向全面课程运作,对教师课程能力提出强烈诉求。实践中教师课程能力已经成为制约项目课程改革的瓶颈因素,原因是人们对教师课程能力应达到什么目标,课程能力的表现形态是什么,应如何形成等基本问题缺乏深入把握。教师课程能力应从抽象的要素能力走向行动能力,从单一执行力走向多元创造力,从能力迁移走向能力生长。The curriculum principle makes strong demands of teachers, because that requires teachers to participate in the implementation of curriculum from the simple operation to a full curriculum. In practice, Ability of teachers has become a bottleneck restricting factor. The reason is that people have a lack of understanding for the ability of teachers to what goals, course capacity manifestations of what should be and how to form. Ability of teachers should be transforming from the abstract ability to mobility, from a single creative execution to diversity, from the ability to migrate to capacity growth.
