摘  要:随着义务教育均衡发展战略的实施,城乡师资队伍的差距成为影响城乡义务教育均衡发展的关键因素。通过分析江苏B县教师队伍流动现状,找寻城乡中小学教师不对称性流动的原因,提出促进城乡中小学教师合理流动策略:正确认识农村中小学教师流动现象,建立有利于促进城乡义务教育均衡发展的教师流动政策导向,进一步完善农村义务教育教师工资待遇的保障政策与机制,吸引优秀人才到农村地区从教。With the implementation of the balanced developing strategy of compulsory education,the gap between urban and rural teachers has become a key factor influencing rural-urban balanced development of compulsory education.Through the analysis of current situation of teachers flow in B County,Jiangsu Province,we can find out the reasons for the asymmetry of flow between urban and rural school teachers,thus making strategies to promote the rational flow of urban and rural school teachers by having a correct understanding of the rural school teachers flow,creating a policy orientation for teacher mobility to promote the rural-urban compulsory balanced development;further perfecting the policies and mechanisms to raise the compulsory teachers′ salaries,and attracting talented people to teach in rural areas.
